We are seeking a visionary UX/UI Designer to shape the visual identity and user experience of the Phoenix Apps ecosystem. You will be responsible for translating complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful, and functional mobile interfaces. Your work will bridge the gap between user needs and technical possibility, ensuring that every interaction within our apps is seamless, engaging, and purposeful.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of mobile-first design principles (iOS and Android).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch).
  • Experience with user-centered design methodologies, including wireframing, usability testing, and persona development.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with functional requirements and platform-specific design guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
